The Machine

Your business stays familiar. Opportunities keep changing.

RisingShelf remembers what you sell, who it is for and how the brand is positioned. The Machine researches measurable changes in that niche, rejects weak signals and turns the strongest business fit into a source-linked brief.

Where opportunities come from

Prove the movement first. Match the business second.

The Machine runs a separate niche-research pass before it proposes anything for your business. It searches for measurable changes in customer behaviour, checks the evidence, then gives only qualified signals to the matching stage.

01

Search the niche

Check specific search, marketplace, platform, retailer, community and industry sources. The queries used are stored with the result.

02

Reject weak signals

Require three distinct records across two independent domains, recent evidence and a traceable measure of change.

03

Prove intent

Require evidence of searching, buying, booking, stocking or requesting. General attention and a competitor launch are not enough.

04

Match and model

Only then compare products, audience and positioning, score testability and model one small commercial experiment.

What it does for you

Four repeated jobs, handled.

01

Holds the context

Profile a website, or describe the business without one. Products, audience, positioning, price cues and language stay attached to your account.

02

Shows the proof

See the exact metrics, where the behaviour is visible, source type, evidence role, counter-signals and the searches used to find it.

03

Builds the same brief

For every match, the Machine separates the observed signal from the commercial angle, then drafts the test and economics.

04

Keeps the history

Each dated opportunity remains attached to that business, so tomorrow’s research adds to a record instead of replacing it.

Human-led by design

The Machine narrows the decision. It does not make it for you.

The Machine can
  • Keep business context consistent
  • Research and reject candidate signals
  • Draft Stages 01 to 04 of each brief
  • Show the evidence behind every score
You still decide
  • Whether the evidence is credible
  • Whether the idea feels true to the brand
  • What operational risk is acceptable
  • What the customer response means

What the Machine does now.

Discover and validate

The Machine reads relevant pages, maps the niche and searches the live web. Code checks source diversity, recency, measurable movement and commercial intent before matching begins.

Match and brief

A separate pass scores only the validated signals for brand fit and testability. The final brief exposes all three scores, the overall score and the reasoning behind each one.

Every recommendation needs at least three evidence records across two independent domains, a trend-strength score of 60 or more, a brand-fit score of 65 or more and a testability score of 50 or more.
