What we collect

We collect account details such as your name and email address, the business information you choose to provide, payment and subscription records supplied by Stripe, and contact enquiries you submit.

How we use it

We use this information to operate your account, provide personalised research, process payments, respond to enquiries, secure the service and improve RisingShelf. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

RisingShelf uses Clerk for authentication, Stripe for payments, Google Analytics for optional site analytics, OpenAI for research generation and our hosting and email providers to operate the service. They process information only as needed to provide their services.

Retention and your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by contacting hey@risingshelf.me. Some billing records may need to be retained where required for accounting or legal reasons.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and maintain your session. With your permission, we also use Google Analytics cookies to understand visits and the purchase journey. You can choose essential-only cookies when the analytics notice appears. We do not use advertising cookies.
